Open the PhonePe app
Tap your profile icon
Go to Bank Accounts or Payment Methods
Select the bank account you want to remove
Tap Remove, Unlink, or Delete Account
Confirm the action
If the option is not available, remove the UPI PIN or deactivate UPI from your bank’s app or website
Contact PhonePe support if the account still appears linked
