Enter the SIM PIN correctly when prompted
If the SIM is blocked, enter the SIM PIN unlock code (PUK)
Check the SIM card packaging or carrier account for the PUK
Contact your mobile carrier to obtain the PUK if you do not have it
Enter the PUK carefully
Set a new SIM PIN when prompted
Restart the phone after unlocking
If the SIM remains locked, ask your carrier to replace the SIM card
