Power up the Pokémon to increase its CP
Unlock the second Charged Attack using Stardust and Candy
Make sure the Pokémon can learn a Max Move
Use the required Max Particles to activate the Max Move
Enter a Max Battle or eligible battle mode
Tap the Max Move when it becomes available during battle
If needed, upgrade the Max Move through the game’s Max Move progression system
