Use the correct PIN, password, pattern, or biometrics
If you forgot the lock screen, use Samsung Find My Mobile to unlock it
Sign in to your Samsung account on Find My Mobile
Select your device
Choose Unlock
Confirm the action
If Find My Mobile is unavailable, use Google Find My Device to erase the phone
Sign in to your Google account on Find My Device
Select your device
Choose Erase device
Set up the phone again after reset
If you know the screen lock but the SIM is locked, enter the SIM PIN or contact your carrier
If the phone is carrier-locked, contact the carrier for unlocking
If the phone is network-locked, request an unlock from the carrier
If the phone is second-hand, ask the previous owner to remove the device from their Samsung and Google accounts
If none of the above works, visit a Samsung service center with proof of purchase
