Restart the laptop
Check for a keyboard lock key or function key combination
Press Fn plus the key with a keyboard lock icon
Press Fn plus Esc
Turn off Filter Keys in Accessibility settings
Turn off Sticky Keys in Accessibility settings
Check Device Manager for keyboard errors
Update or reinstall the keyboard driver
Unplug any external keyboard and test again
Shut down the laptop and remove the battery if possible, then power it back on
Run the keyboard troubleshooting tool
Check BIOS or UEFI settings for keyboard disable options
Clean the keyboard if keys are physically stuck
Contact the laptop manufacturer or a repair technician
