Open the Spotify app or go to the Spotify website
Sign in to your account
Go to Account settings
Select Your plan
Click Change plan
Choose Cancel Premium
Follow the confirmation steps
Check for a confirmation email
Your account will switch to Spotify Free at the end of the billing period
