Check your exact ASUS motherboard model and current BIOS version
Download the latest BIOS file from the official ASUS support website for your exact model
Extract the downloaded BIOS file if it is in a compressed archive
Format a USB flash drive to FAT32
Copy the BIOS file to the root of the USB flash drive
Restart the computer and enter the BIOS by pressing Del or F2 during startup
Open ASUS EZ Flash 3 Utility in the BIOS
Select the USB drive and choose the BIOS file
Confirm the update and wait for the process to complete
Do not turn off the computer or remove power during the update
Let the system restart automatically after the update finishes
Enter the BIOS again after reboot
Load optimized defaults if needed
Save changes and exit
Reinstall any custom BIOS settings if necessary
