Restart your computer

Enter your device model
Download the latest Bluetooth driver
Run the installer
Follow the on-screen prompts
Restart your computer
Open Windows Update
Check for updates
Install any available driver updates
Restart your computer
Open Device Manager
Right-click the Bluetooth adapter
Select Uninstall device
Check Delete the driver software for this device if available
Restart your computer
Reinstall the driver automatically or manually
Open the Bluetooth adapter properties in Device Manager
Go to the Driver tab
Select Roll Back Driver if available
Restart your computer
