Log in to your FASTag issuer’s app, website, or customer portal
Go to the KYC, profile, or account details section
Check your current KYC status
Upload the required documents, such as ID proof, address proof, and vehicle RC if asked
Enter or update your personal details exactly as per your documents
Submit a recent passport-size photo if required
Complete video KYC if your issuer asks for it
Verify your mobile number and email ID through OTP if prompted
Review all details before submitting
Submit the KYC update request
Wait for confirmation from the issuer
Contact the issuer’s customer care if the KYC status does not update
Visit the bank or FASTag point of sale if online update is not available
Keep your registered mobile number active during the process
