Open the EA app
Go to the game library
Select the game you want to play
Check the game’s system requirements
Close the EA app
Press Windows key + X
Select Device Manager
Expand Display adapters
Right-click your NVIDIA graphics card
Select Update driver
Choose Search automatically for drivers
Follow the on-screen prompts
Restart your PC
Open a web browser
Go to the NVIDIA Driver Downloads page
Select your GPU model and Windows 10
Download the latest driver
Run the installer
Choose Custom installation if needed
Select Perform a clean installation if available
Complete the installation
Restart your PC again
Open the EA app
Launch the game
If problems continue, open GeForce Experience
Sign in to GeForce Experience
Go to Drivers
Check for updates
Download and install the latest driver
Restart your PC
If needed, uninstall the current NVIDIA driver from Apps & features
Reinstall the latest NVIDIA driver
Open the EA app and test the game again
