Unbox the Cricut machine and plug it in
Install the Cricut Design Space app or open it on your computer
Create or sign in to your Cricut account
Connect the machine to your device via USB or Bluetooth
Choose or create a project in Design Space
Select the material you want to cut
Place the material on a Cricut cutting mat
Load the mat into the machine
Insert the correct blade or tool
Press the Go or Cut button in Design Space
Remove the mat when cutting is complete
Peel away the excess material
Use transfer tape, heat, or adhesive as needed for your project
Clean the machine and tools after use
