Blow your nose gently before use
Shake the bottle if directed on the label
Tilt your head slightly forward
Insert the tip into one nostril
Close the other nostril with a finger
Spray once or as directed while breathing in gently
Repeat in the other nostril if directed
Do not use more often than directed on the package or by your doctor
Do not use for more than 3 days unless told to do so by a doctor
Wipe the nozzle clean after use
Replace the cap after use
Do not share the bottle with others
Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or do not improve
