Use an Android emulator such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, NoxPlayer, or MEmu
Download and install the emulator on your PC

Search for the Android app you want
Install and launch the app from the emulator
Use Windows Subsystem for Android if your PC supports it
Install the required Android app store or APK on the subsystem
Use screen mirroring apps to display your Android phone on your PC
Connect your phone to your PC with USB or Wi-Fi for mirroring
Use remote desktop or phone companion apps to control your Android device from PC
Install the APK file directly in an emulator if the app is not in the Play Store
Make sure virtualization is enabled in BIOS for better emulator performance
