Install a BitTorrent client
Open the client
Find a torrent file or magnet link
Add the torrent file or paste the magnet link into the client
Choose the download location
Start the download
Wait for the download to complete
Keep the client open to upload and share with other users if needed
Open the downloaded file when finished
Remove the torrent from the client if you no longer want to seed it
