Wait until your Costco Reward Certificate is issued, usually after the annual rewards period
Check the certificate for the expiration date and any usage restrictions
Bring the physical certificate to a Costco warehouse
Present it at checkout when paying for eligible purchases
Use it toward merchandise, gas, or other eligible Costco purchases as allowed by the certificate terms
If your purchase total is less than the certificate amount, you may receive the remaining value according to Costco’s policy
If your purchase total is more than the certificate amount, pay the difference with another accepted payment method
Keep the certificate safe until you use it
Contact Costco Member Services if the certificate is lost, damaged, or not accepted
