Start with clean, damp hair
Detangle your hair thoroughly
Apply a styling product if desired
Divide your hair into sections
Take one section and place the foam curler at the ends of the hair
Roll the hair upward toward the scalp
Secure the curler in place
Repeat until all sections are set
Leave the curlers in until hair is fully dry
Remove the curlers gently
Separate curls with your fingers if desired
Apply hairspray or finishing product if needed
