Wash your hands
Assemble the Navage device according to the instructions
Fill the salt pod with the recommended saline solution or use a prefilled pod
Insert the salt pod into the device
Fill the water tank with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water
Attach the nose pillows or nosepiece securely
Lean over a sink
Place the nose pillows gently into both nostrils
Press the power button to start the rinse
Breathe through your mouth while the device runs
Keep your head level and let the solution flow through your nasal passages
Wait until the cycle is complete
Remove the nosepiece from your nostrils
Discard the used salt pod if applicable
Empty any remaining water from the tank
Rinse and dry the device parts after use
Clean the device according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Use only as directed by the product manual
Stop using the device and seek medical advice if you feel pain, bleeding, or severe discomfort
