Read the pressure washer manual before use
Wear safety glasses, gloves, and closed-toe shoes
Check the area for loose objects and cover delicate items
Connect the water supply securely
Attach the correct nozzle for the task
Inspect hoses, fittings, and power connections for damage
Turn on the water supply
Release air from the system by squeezing the trigger before starting
Start the pressure washer according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Hold the spray wand firmly with both hands
Keep the nozzle at a safe distance from the surface
Test on a small hidden area first
Spray in smooth, even passes
Keep the nozzle moving to avoid damage
Use the lowest effective pressure setting
Avoid pointing the spray at people, pets, or electrical outlets
Turn off the machine before changing nozzles or attachments
Shut off the unit and water supply after use
Squeeze the trigger to release remaining pressure
Disconnect hoses and power cords
Drain and store the equipment properly
Clean the nozzles and inspect the washer after use
