Mix 1–2 tablespoons of rice flour with water, rose water, milk, or yogurt to form a smooth paste
Clean your face before applying
Apply the paste evenly to your face, avoiding the eyes and lips
Leave it on for 10–15 minutes
Gently massage in circular motions if using it as a mild scrub
Rinse off with lukewarm water
Pat your face dry with a soft towel
Apply a moisturizer after use
Use 1–2 times per week
Do a patch test before first use
Stop using it if irritation, redness, or itching occurs
