Sign in to your Shop account
Add your payment method and complete any required verification
Check whether Shop Pay Cash is available in your account
If available, select Shop Pay Cash as your payment or balance option
Use the available cash balance at checkout where supported
Confirm the purchase and submit the order
Review your transaction history in the Shop app to track usage
Follow any prompts to transfer, redeem, or manage your cash balance
Contact Shop Support if Shop Pay Cash is not showing or not working
