Open Hiver and go to the shared inbox where you want to use SMS
Make sure the SMS feature is enabled for your Hiver account
Connect your SMS provider or phone number if required
Open or create a conversation with the contact you want to text
Select the SMS option from the conversation actions
Enter the recipient’s phone number if it is not already saved
Type your message in the reply box
Send the SMS from Hiver
View incoming SMS replies in the same conversation thread
Use internal notes or assignments to collaborate with teammates on the SMS conversation
Check delivery status and conversation history in the thread
Follow your team’s SMS usage rules and compliance requirements
