Check the package for damage and the expiration date
Open the package carefully and remove the condom
Find the inner ring at the closed end
Squeeze the inner ring together
Insert the condom into the vagina before sex
Push it in as far as it will go, up to the cervix
Make sure the outer ring stays outside the vagina
Guide the penis into the condom during intercourse
Stop and adjust if the penis slips outside the condom
After sex, twist the outer ring to keep semen inside
Gently pull the condom out
Throw it away in the trash
Use a new condom every time you have sex
Do not reuse a condom
Do not use it with a male condom at the same time
