Use Zepbound exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider
Inject it under the skin once weekly
Choose a different injection site each week
Use the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm for injection
Inject on the same day each week if possible
Take it with or without food
Follow the dose schedule given by your provider
Read the Instructions for Use before your first dose
Check the medicine before use
Do not use it if the solution is cloudy, discolored, or contains particles
Use a new needle or pen for each injection if applicable
Do not share your Zepbound pen or injection supplies with anyone
Store it as directed on the package or by your pharmacist
Keep it out of reach of children
Contact your healthcare provider if you miss a dose or have side effects
