Make sure both numbers are saved in contacts
Open the chat and tap the video call icon
Use Facebook Messenger on both devices
Install Messenger on both phones
Sign in with the same or different accounts
Open the conversation and tap the video call icon
Use Skype on both devices
Install Skype on the iPhone and Android phone
Sign in and start a video call
Make sure both devices have a stable internet connection
Allow camera and microphone permissions
Update the app if the call does not work
Use Wi-Fi or mobile data with enough speed for video calling
