Scroll to the Reviews section
Find the review you want to inspect
Click the review or the reviewer’s profile name
Open the review’s comment thread if available
Check the comments shown under the review
If comments are hidden, make sure you are signed in
If needed, open the review from the Steam Community page
Use the review’s permalink to access its full comment section
