Hold a direction against a wall or obstacle
Enter and exit doors repeatedly near the Day Care
Turn in place rapidly while pressing movement inputs
Keep walking in short, repeated bursts
Try moving while the game is processing an interaction
If the game desyncs movement, stop and reset if needed
Reload your save if anything goes wrong
