Park the car in a shaded, cool area
Gather car wax, applicator pads, and microfiber towels
Test the wax on a small area if needed
Apply a small amount of wax to the applicator pad
Spread the wax in thin, even layers
Work on one section at a time
Avoid applying wax to rubber, plastic, or trim
Let the wax haze according to the product instructions
Buff off the wax with a clean microfiber towel
Turn the towel frequently to a clean side
Repeat on all painted surfaces
Inspect for missed spots and re-buff if needed
Allow the wax to cure if required by the product
Keep the car dry for the recommended time after waxing
