Brush or comb your hair
Place the headband around your neck first
Pull it up over your head to your hairline
Position it where you want it on your forehead or hairline
Adjust the fit so it feels secure but not tight
Tuck any loose hair under or around the headband if needed
Check both sides to make sure it sits evenly
Smooth your hair and readjust as needed
