Identify the left and right earphones
Hold the earphone by the body, not the cable
Insert the left earphone into the left ear
Insert the right earphone into the right ear
Adjust each earphone until it fits securely and comfortably
Use the correct ear tips or hooks if provided
Keep the cable behind or below the ears as designed
Check that the earphones stay in place when you move
Lower the volume before playing audio
