Hold the gamcha lengthwise
Place one end at the waist
Wrap it around the waist once or twice
Tuck the loose end securely into the waistband
Adjust the front for comfort and coverage
Pull the fabric snug but not too tight
Drape the remaining length over one shoulder if needed
Fold or twist the cloth for a neater fit
Recheck the tuck to keep it from slipping
Adjust as needed for walking or sitting
