Log in to the NPS CRA portal using your PRAN and password
Go to the withdrawal or exit request section
Select the type of withdrawal: partial, premature, or normal exit
Fill in the required withdrawal details and bank account information
Upload the required documents, if asked
Submit the withdrawal request online
Print the acknowledgment or application form
Submit the signed form and documents to the associated POP or nodal office, if required
Wait for verification and approval by the CRA and pension fund authorities
Receive the withdrawal amount in your registered bank account
For offline withdrawal, submit the exit application and documents through the POP or nodal office
For partial withdrawal, ensure the request matches the permitted reasons and eligibility rules
For normal exit, apply after reaching the eligible retirement age
For premature exit, apply before retirement age as per NPS rules
For annuity purchase on exit, complete the annuity provider selection if applicable
