Ensure your UAN is activated and linked with Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account
Make sure your KYC details are approved on the EPFO portal
Log in to the EPFO Member e-Sewa portal using your UAN and password
Go to the Online Services section
Select Claim Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D
Verify your bank account details
Choose the appropriate claim type for full withdrawal
Select final settlement if you have left employment and are eligible
Enter the last date of employment if required
Submit the claim using OTP verification
Track the claim status in the portal
If you are unemployed for 2 months or more, apply for final PF settlement
If you want pension withdrawal, submit Form 10C
If you want pension monthly benefits, submit Form 10D
If your employer approval is required, complete it through the employer portal
Ensure no pending contributions or mismatched details exist
Contact EPFO helpdesk if the claim is rejected or delayed
