Log in to the EPFO Unified Member Portal using your UAN and password
Make sure your UAN is active and your mobile number is linked with Aadhaar
Verify that your Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details are seeded and approved in the portal
Go to the Online Services section
Select Claim Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D
Check your KYC and service details
Choose the PF withdrawal claim type
Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account number for verification
Select the reason for withdrawal if prompted
Upload any required documents if asked
Submit the claim request using OTP verification
Track the claim status in the portal under Online Services or Track Claim Status
Wait for the claim to be processed and the amount to be credited to your bank account
Ensure your bank account is active and matches the name on your EPFO records
Use the UMANG app if you want to file the claim through mobile
Contact EPFO helpdesk if the claim is rejected or pending for long
