Connect your computer or phone to the router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet
Find the router’s IP address on the label or in the manual
Open a web browser
Enter the router IP address in the address bar
Log in with the admin username and password
Change the default admin password
Set or update the Wi-Fi network name
Set or update the Wi-Fi password
Choose a secure Wi-Fi encryption mode
Configure the internet/WAN settings if needed
Set up the DHCP or IP address settings if needed
Update the router firmware if available
Save the settings
Restart the router if required
Test the internet connection
Reconnect devices using the new Wi-Fi name and password
