Open the Safari app
Tap the Bookmarks icon
Tap Edit
Select the bookmark you want to remove
Tap Delete
Tap Done
To remove a bookmark from the Home Screen, press and hold the bookmark icon
Tap Remove Bookmark or Delete Bookmark
Confirm the deletion if prompted
