Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter your Screen Time passcode if prompted
Tap Allowed Apps & Features
Turn off Safari
If Safari is still visible, restart the iPhone
To restore Safari, turn it back on in Allowed Apps & Features
