How To Take Out A Quick Weave?

Gather a wide-tooth comb, rat-tail comb, scissors, clips, oil or remover, and a mirror

Detangle the hair gently with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb

Part the hair into sections and clip them out of the way

Locate the tracks and the glue or thread holding the weave in place

If glued, apply oil or adhesive remover along the bonded areas

Let the remover sit for a few minutes to loosen the adhesive

Gently lift the tracks away from your natural hair

If sewn, carefully cut the thread without cutting your natural hair

Remove the tracks section by section

Use a comb to separate any remaining glue or buildup from your hair

Apply more remover or oil to stubborn spots if needed

Wash and condition your natural hair after the weave is removed

Deep condition and moisturize your hair and scalp

Trim any tangled or damaged ends if necessary
