Gather tape extension remover, rattail comb, clips, and a towel
Separate a small section of hair
Apply remover directly to the tape bond
Wait the recommended time on the product label
Gently pry the tape tabs apart with your fingers or comb tail
Peel the extension away slowly
Reapply remover if the tape resists
Repeat for each tape sandwich
Remove any leftover adhesive from the hair
Wash and condition hair after all extensions are out
