Sign in to Google Calendar with your Google account
Open Google Calendar on a computer
Click the gear icon and select Settings
Under Settings for my calendars, click Add calendar
Select Create new calendar
Enter a name for the group calendar
Add a description if needed
Set the time zone
Click Create calendar
Open the new calendar’s settings
Go to Share with specific people
Click Add people and groups
Enter the email addresses of group members
Set permission levels for each person
Click Send
Ask group members to accept the invitation
Use the calendar to create and share events with the group
