2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine the pomegranate juice and sugar in a saucepan
Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves
Bring to a gentle simmer
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until slightly thickened
Remove from heat
Stir in the lemon juice
Let cool completely
Pour into a clean bottle or jar
Refrigerate until ready to use
