Open Meta Business Suite
Go to the Posts and Stories section
Click Create post
Write your Facebook post
Add images, videos, or links if needed
Choose the Facebook Page you want to post from
Click Schedule
Select the date and time
Confirm the schedule
Review scheduled posts in the Planner or Scheduled section
Edit or reschedule posts if needed
