Plug the flash drive into a USB port
Wait for the device to be recognized
Open File Explorer or Finder
Locate the flash drive
Open the flash drive
Copy files to the flash drive
Paste files from the flash drive
Eject the flash drive safely
Remove the flash drive from the USB port
