Sign in to your Dropbox account
Upload the file or folder you want to share
Locate the file or folder in your Dropbox
Click the Share button
Enter the email address of the person you want to share with
Choose whether they can view or edit
Add a message if needed
Click Share or Send
Copy the share link if you want to share it manually
Paste the link and send it to others
Manage access settings if needed
Remove access or stop sharing when necessary
