Lie on your back with your head pointing downhill
Keep your body flat and centered on the sled
Use your calves and shoulders to apply pressure to the sled runners
Press more with the left calf and left shoulder to turn left
Press more with the right calf and right shoulder to turn right
Keep movements small and smooth
Look in the direction you want to go
Maintain a low, aerodynamic position
Stay relaxed to avoid oversteering
Follow the track lines and adjust gradually
