Preheat the waffle iron
Lightly grease the cooking plates if needed
Prepare the waffle batter
Pour the batter onto the center of the lower plate
Close the lid gently
Cook until the waffle is golden brown and crisp
Avoid opening the waffle iron too early
Remove the waffle with a nonmetal utensil
Repeat with the remaining batter
Unplug the waffle iron after use
Let it cool completely before cleaning
Wipe the plates with a soft damp cloth or sponge
Wash any removable parts according to the manufacturer’s instructions
