Fit the piping tip into the bag
Trim the bag tip if needed
Fold the top of the bag over your hand
Spoon in the frosting or filling
Unfold the top and twist the bag closed
Hold the bag firmly with one hand
Guide the tip with the other hand
Apply steady pressure to pipe
Stop pressure before lifting the tip away
Clean the bag and tip after use
