Long-press the Google Search bar on the home screen
Tap Remove or Delete
If prompted, confirm the removal
If the search bar is part of a widget, long-press the widget and remove it
Open the Home screen settings if the bar cannot be removed directly
Disable the Google app or Google Search widget from the widget settings
Restart the phone if the search bar still appears
On some devices, switch to a different launcher to remove it completely
