Measure your underbust snugly, just below the breasts, in inches or cm
Measure your bust at the fullest part of the breasts, keeping the tape level
Subtract underbust from bust to get the cup difference
Use the difference to find the cup size:
1 inch = A cup
2 inches = B cup
3 inches = C cup
4 inches = D cup
5 inches = DD/E cup
6 inches = F cup
Round the underbust measurement to the nearest band size used in India
Common Indian band sizes are 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40
Match the band size with the cup size to get the bra size
Example: 34 underbust and 37 bust = 3-inch difference = 34C
Example: 32 underbust and 36 bust = 4-inch difference = 32D
Check the fit by ensuring the band sits firmly and the cups fully cover the breasts
Recheck measurements while wearing a non-padded bra
Use the size chart of the specific Indian brand for exact fit
