Log in with your Jio number
Go to Recharge or My Plans
Check if the recharge is pending or scheduled
If the recharge is pending, contact Jio customer support immediately
Call 199 from your Jio number
Use the MyJio app chat support
Visit the nearest Jio Store or Jio Service Center
If payment was made through UPI, card, or wallet, contact the payment provider to request a reversal if applicable
If the recharge is already successful, it usually cannot be canceled
Request a refund only if the recharge was done by mistake and is eligible for reversal
