Check your email linked to Spotify
Check the Spotify app home feed, artist page, or concert notifications
Look for presale details in the artist’s Spotify page or event listing
Use the presale code during the ticket sale window
If no code appears, check the artist’s social media or official website
Contact Spotify Support if you believe you should have received a code
